To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近行過柴灣小西灣道,發現咗「意蠔屋」,主打少鹽少糖風格嘅台式西餐小店,雖然唔係太大,但環境乾淨企理,偏健康路線好啱健康意識高嘅人食。佢哋嘅相當穩陣,尤其係芝士焗黑椒牛柳意粉/焗鮮茄雜菌牛舌飯,熱辣辣上枱,芝士拉絲夠香,牛柳夠嫩滑、散發黑椒香,配埋菇同雜菌滋味十足;焗飯飯粒乾身唔濕滯,感覺真係健康又滿足。客人冇得揀焗飯,就點咗同,都係份量唔少,而且幾有 homely feel。重點係佢係參加少鹽少糖食店計劃嘅餐廳,特別適合想食得清爽又唔想犧牲味道嘅人。飲品嘅話,跟餐飲品唔加錢,差唔多午餐就包埋凍飲,CP值幾高。價錢方面都好街坊,一碟主菜連飲品大約 HK$60–90,性價比唔錯。服務亦輕鬆自然,店員細聲細氣唔催,落單入單都幾快。整體嚟講,「意蠔屋」係柴灣區一間令人驚喜又舒心嘅輕食好去處:餐點質素穩定、份量夠、有健康新感覺價錢合理,值得約朋友或 solo brunch 試吓!
