係旺角呢個食肆林立既地方要突圍都唔容易,呢間越南野可以係銀行中心佔咁大地方都幾勁。今次同媽媽食午市,原來中午有幾個餸係有特價,仲跟餐湯同餐飲。<鮮蝦菠蘿炒飯> ($85)面頭有三大隻蝦,個飯本身係炒底,用左雜菜同新鮮菠蘿炒,仲有啲肉鬆添。個飯大到可以兩個人食。<牛油焗大頭蝦> ($228)越南進口既大頭蝦出名多蝦膏,而用牛油同蒜蓉焗係最佳方法蒸呢啲咁好既食材。隻大頭蝦有一斤重,分開每人一邊都仲係超大隻。黎到個樣好架勢,我同媽媽都哇一聲。焗完啲蝦肉仲係超嫩滑,好離殼,容易剝,蝦腳某啲位仲好脆,可以好似軟殼蟹咁直接食。蝦腳好粗大,可以剝殼食埋,不過要小心蝦腳上面密密麻麻既刺。食完呢餐就算只係叫兩個餸,都勁飽。媽媽作為海鮮愛好者,話下次一定要帶埋爸爸黎。
