To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天晚上路過九龍塘,便選擇了這一間冰室。欖菜肉鬆四季豆$75,加配白飯、餐湯、老火湯加$15,凍檸茶加$3。欖菜肉鬆四季豆,四季豆沒有炒燶,欖菜份量適中,配合肉碎,是一道不錯的小菜。凍檸茶,檸檬份量十足,茶味香濃,甜度配合得很好。家鄉鹽焗雞例牌$65,加配白飯、餐湯、老火湯加$15,凍鴛鴦加$3。家鄉鹽焗雞,砂礓的醬汁味道濃郁,而不會過鹹,是佐飯的一道好少菜。凍鴛鴦,奶、茶和咖啡的比例剛好,甜度亦適中。金牌乾炒牛河$58,鑊氣十足,熱騰騰的蒸氣在河粉散發出來,如果牛肉可以在軟腍一些,而醬油的鮮味,再強一些就更好。雪糕紅豆冰跟餐$15,紅豆軟腍,不會過甜,混合返奶和雪糕之後,喝進中,感覺回到兒時的味道,果然是一間正宗的冰室。
