今日有朋友移民英國😭,將會有一段時間未能見面。到機場送別後,機場餐廳幾乎絕跡,唯有去東涌東薈城醫肚。🤔東薈城名店倉中菜不多,行到戲院附近,有一間裝修前衛嘅中菜,主要食新派菜。座位闊落,坐得舒服。🟠叫左兩個小食:味噌日本南瓜$108,第一次品嚐以味噌煮南瓜,甜中帶香,連皮食入口粉嫩,應覺健康。青筍拌小雲耳$78,黑醋淹漬窩筍及小雲耳,味道酸酸甜甜好開胃,窩筍清爽脆口,必食前菜。🟠主菜點左非常重口味嘅水煮鮮牛雜$228,聽到鮮牛雜立即feel 到呢個煮法唔簡單,通常急凍貨先要用重調味。估唔到呢個主菜,牛腩同牛雜燘煮入味又軟淋,仍然食到牛肉鮮味,而且份量唔少。窩底有大量寬粉,足夠兩至四人食量。🟠最後以一個鮮蝦炒新竹米粉作結,米粉用左大量爽口新鮮蝦仁,新竹米粉炒得乾身爽口,清淡中帶鮮味。平實外表,內涵豐富。
