周六有要事前往東涌, 想在東薈城草草解決Lunch。發現呢間風評不錯,於是3個人黎食。不得不說,東薈城要前往6樓有點迂迴曲折,對唔太熟呢個商場既我黎講,要搵啱部去到6樓既lift有d難度。六小館是陸慶娛樂旗下,同系仲有間六公館。(不過冇幫襯過,不評論。)在無訂檯情況下, 等了約莫半小時。雖然看到裡面大把位, 目睹門口小姐仍趕人走, 連飛都唔再派,感覺不太好。門口放了餐牌,點心選擇價目清晰,一目了然,值得一讚。(雖然價格小貴,但明碼實價。)入去到空間感十足, 窗戶透入自然光,感覺明亮,窗外都有些少景睇下。內櫳裝修富設計感,座位亦寛敞舒適,整體新淨舒服。翻查資料,原來是由香港著名梁姓設計師以60年代香港小飯館作設計藍本而打造,咁揼本Design,咁有格調都好應該。服務不算太好,女侍應冇講係咩黎就逕自放下一碟錯的點心,我地認得係已經食咗既野,已經幾個人即時叫住佢,點知佢頭也不回地轉身離開,如在夢中,叫都唔醒嗰隻。(汗)好在點心在水準之上…紅米鮮蝦帶子腸粉($62)Steamed Rice Rolls with Shrimps and Scallop外層是鮮艷的紅米腸,表包幼滑,中間裹著一層炸薄脆,中間係蝦肉,帶子就唔係好覺有。工序比較繁複,香港都唔係間間酒樓有得食,見呢度有,果斷嗌黎試下。不過咁樣兩條就62蚊,點心黎講有啲貴。蘿蔔絲酥($48)Crispy Turnip Puff另一樣我覺得已經無可挑剔的點心當屬呢個蘿蔔絲酥。坊間有好多炸得太硬,但佢呢間係鬆脆而不硬,冇炸過龍,冇油饐味,恰到好處,外觀亦大小一致,酥皮精緻好看。入面的蘿蔔絲非常熱,入口清爽,外脆內嫩,口感一流!是日精選($68)Daily Special是日精選是胡椒豬肚湯,份量頗足,夠3人飲每人1-2碗,豬肚乾淨,胡椒惹味,微辣暖胃,內裡仲有些酸菜,可謂開胃而味美。家鄉炒銀針粉($52)Stir-Fried Needle Shaped Noodle with Shrimp & Pork以份量黎講,呢碟銀針粉算係呢間嘢之中比較抵食,銀針粉睇落唔算吸引,但食落都唔錯,唔算濃味唔太油膩,銀針粉之肥滿有咬口,個人覺得不錯,但配料不算太多,直情唔係好覺有豬肉(雖然佢英文譯名入面話有Pork)。鮮蝦菜苗餃($52)Steamed Bean Sprout and Shrimp Dumplings作為懶健康人,總是揀呢個菜苗餃。不過呢度既菜苗餃相對普通,與一般酒樓水平差唔多,有少少蒸過龍。不算出色。椒鹽豆腐($98)Wok-Fried Tofu with Golden Garlic and Chili個人不甚喜愛食豆腐,但佢呢個整得OK,中間夠嫩滑,感覺輕盈,面頭撒咗啲似係七味粉既野,不辣,但夠脆口。黃金流沙包($48)Steamed Egg Custard Cream Buns望落冇咩特別,但一撕開真係流到汁,量多嗰隻,由於流到隻手有啲醜,冇特別影相。食落香濃奶黃味,不錯。總結三個人食咗$522,人均$174。唔算嗌好多嘢,但食物尚算精緻,味道亦佳,惟價錢稍貴。環境係一流既,呢個地方都坐得幾舒服,適合一家人黎飲茶。 continue reading

🇭🇰六小館·鳳爪排骨飯$62 l 七零雞扎$48 l 翡翠竹笙素餃$42呢間我地之前已經食過一次架啦 記得上次佢D野食唔錯 所以今次就再黎啦😈佢既鳳爪同排骨都好入味 而且佢D飯好粒粒分明🤤🤤之後佢個雞扎都好靚 佢個魚肚索曬汁得黎完全唔會肥膩 入面既雞都好嫩 不過就細舊D🤭之後佢個素餃成舊都綠色既 超搞笑 不過呢個食落就清少少 如果大家食得蝦既話 可以試下佢地既鮮蝦菜苗餃 我男朋友上次食過話好好味 佢入面隻蝦係同粒餃一樣咁大 超甜 而且好彈牙🦐·📍東涌達東路20號東薈城名店倉6樓601號舖 continue reading

趁放假帶媽咪去左東涌行下Outlet,順便諗住係東薈城食埋野。媽咪話想飲茶,所以就揀左呢間六小館整返一盅兩件😋唔知係咪呢到主打唔係食點心,所以選擇種類唔算好多,但勝在樣樣質素都好高🟡 蘿蔔絲酥 $48外皮勁香脆,裡面蘿蔔食得出清甜,係我食過咁多間酒樓嘅蘿蔔絲酥餅入面算係其中之一高質👍🏽👍🏽🟡 鮮蝦菜苗餃 $52皮薄餡靚,粒粒入面都有一大隻蝦,絕對貨真價實🟡 金菇牛肉腸粉 $52腸粉皮夠晒薄,而且又夠滑,但個牛肉餡就一般般,可能啲料唔算多,牛肉味道比較淡🟡 肉碎蠔仔泡飯 $148呢個泡飯不得了,蠔仔粒粒都好肥美,而且數量好多,足料到不得了,湯底亦都鮮甜,唔會好重味精食完要飲好多水個隻❤️順帶一提,埋單個陣原來下午茶時段所以全部野都有75折,性價比好高👏🏽👏🏽 continue reading

又估唔到六小館呢度d野幾抵食,而且環境甚好,大廳空間足夠,當晚黎到就算坐滿8成人都未覺侷促。除左晚市茶位比較貴之外我都冇其他野好挑剔了😂先叫左大人細蚊仔都中意嘅香口野先,呢碟炸雞球啖啖肉,側旁仲有蝦片做擺盤,而雞球粒粒都同蝦片size差唔多,外面香脆內裏仲鎖滿肉汁,應該是用上雞脾肉先至會咁多汁而且無骨,啱晒懶人食🥰蠔仔煎蛋都唔錯,足料,睇下d蠔仔幾大甩🤤中間亦用左d香菜同蔥黎調味,而且呢個餸仲配左2杯清酒,有提升海鮮鮮味嘅作用,夜晚小酌一杯簡直一大樂事😳最後食返個芒果布甸作結,happy dinner黎👍🏻 continue reading
