To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我今日約同好友去東涌行東薈城，順道去位於東涌富東街6號富東廣場1樓101號舖的翠華餐廳食午餐，食客絡繹不絕，環境舒適，坐得舒服。我點左個鐵板套餐係法式黑椒牛柳8oz（5成）配黑椒汁及意粉 $168，有牛油豬仔包，餐湯係粟米雜菌忌廉湯，餐飲係熱駌鴦（跟餐）；好友點左個焗芝士大蝦魚柳飯套餐 $85，餐湯係粟米雜菌忌廉湯，餐飲係熱駌鴦（跟餐）。5成熟的牛柳燒得外脆內嫩，牛味濃郁，好味又好食；焗芝士大蝦魚柳飯賣相吸引，大蝦好大隻，魚柳煎得香口又好味，飯底是炒飯，好味呀。
