To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我很久已沒吃翠華了,今天看見它下午茶餐牌的食物很吸引,而且價錢又不貴,於是便來吃下午茶。我選了B餐,瑞士雞翼撈麵,加$8要一塊太陽蛋,飲品則點了凍咖啡走甜。瑞士汁雞翼的肉質十分嫩滑可口,肉汁四溢,而且相當入味,鹹鹹的同時亦嚐到一絲絲甜味,味道相當不錯。至於公仔麵的熟度剛剛好,瑞士汁的精華更完美融合到麵中,再配上太陽蛋的蛋液,每一口都相當滋味,是我吃過最美味的瑞士汁公仔麵之一。至於凍咖啡的咖啡味很濃郁,走甜後味道亦不會苦澀,只是點了少冰都依然有很多冰,喝兩口便沒有了。價錢方面,瑞士汁雞翼公仔麵$52,太陽蛋加$8,凍咖啡加$3,餐廳沒有加一服務費,最後總共是$63。總結來說,今次的下午茶味道非常出色,除了價錢貴,其他都沒毛病,有機會會再來吃。

帶外國朋友嚟香港一定要食老字號翠華餐廳,去東薈城行outlet前填飽個肚神之叉燒飯 $88 係招牌美食,叉燒肥瘦相間有燶邊,配上秘製豉油同嫩滑炒蛋,一啖接一啖食到停唔到XO醬海蝦球撈麵 $78 海蝦鮮甜蛋牙,撈麵上有少少蝦子本身已經好夠味,再配上鹹香XO醬勁出色自製魚四寶淨食 $53店家自製魚湯呈奶白色好鮮甜,如果當飲嘅湯感覺少少偏鹹,但用嚟做湯米線或淨食就更能帶出鮮味。墨魚丸、魚蛋、魚腐、魚春卷都係店家自製好有特色,尤其是春卷皮夠滑,餡料又彈牙食港式茶餐廳當然唔少得熱奶茶,餐飲加配茶走 $10,煉奶好重手有少少偏甜,但令杯奶茶非常香滑。生磨蛋白杏仁茶要加$22,入面有嫩滑蛋白,杏仁茶好香,好似個甜品咁

想食茶記嘅時候一定諗起翠華,出品水準穩定豬扒軟腍,炒飯底都得夠乾身,粒粒分明,芝士同配菜好夠,口感味道都豐富,豬扒多過飯,抵食奶油脆豬,烘到又脆又香口,奶油份量好夠,勁好味瑞士汁雞翼入晒味,甜甜地好開胃,口感又嫩滑,高質自製魚四寶米粉,魚蛋、墨魚片同魚片頭夠晒彈牙,加咗牛筋又濃又有口感,湯底又清甜奶茶同檸茶嘅茶底夠晒濃,奶茶好香醇,檸檬好新鮮整體光猛乾淨,又闊又好坐唔同種類嘅選擇夠晒多,份量十足,價格合理,侍應又快手又有禮貌,絕對係高質嘅茶記
