To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係一個食晏既好地方，因為早小小去，等候既時間唔會太耐，一定比中環IFC分店等候既時間合理得多!! 一定要order 既，就莫過於依個薄皮多汁又夠熱既小籠飽!! 真係好出色，比起出名食小籠飽既地方出色得多!! 因為夠熱、份量入口亦都o岩o岩好!! 確實係無得頂... 未試過既食客都應該要去試o下!! 之後，再來一客排骨麵，亦係本過客既最愛.... 同埋燉牛肉麵，依個係本過客既新嘗試。排骨麵：麵既咬口係唔錯既，不過湯底就淡o左小小... 可以再夠味D，排骨係好味既!! 不過今日就唔係幾好.. 因為今日唔夠熱同埋細舊o左小小!! 燉牛肉麵：依個新嘗試就唔係好得，應該唔會再叫!! 因為牛肉燉到無乜味，質地亦都係硬o左小小... Overall 只係得個湯好味，麵無乜味，牛肉唔夠味，唔係我既口味!! 另外，waitress 會同你講每樣你 order 既食物需時幾耐，而本過客計算過，佢o地既 estimation 又真係幾準確!! 有D趕時間食晏既朋友就有預算啦!! 好好既服務!!
