To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在新興吃完不錯的墨魚丸後,才知食友未吃過創法潮式滷鵝肝,走過兩條街來回味老派潮州味道。甫入店仍是老樣子,放滿各式各樣打冷「靚」料的「冷檔」,食友亦覺款多而「冷陣」亦擺得靚,老闆笑說早點來款式仲多!單說招呼,這裡從來是親切的。先吃潮式豬腳凍,琥珀色的肉凍帶淡淡肉甜及骨鮮,肉的部分很有豬肉味。煮潮式薄殼,不會次次來都叫,但心血來潮也想吃一些地道海產,薄殼本身味道重帶獨特鮮味,大鍋煮出味道自然不會差,一點點的辛辣令味道更豐富,笑言此品出身寒微,但也有它存在的價值。炆連皮豬尾,食友人是有趣,大家為了「連皮」的問題笑足半晚,此品是炆得夠色夠味,皮黏軟不散,肉不多純粹是吃皮的膠質,是送酒的好朋友。到滷水鵝肝,老店的滷水膽味輕薄,卻有桂皮、八角等香辛料的鹹香層次感,鵝肝切得大件,厚度適中吃得出軟熟濃滑質感。埋單$220,是經濟好吃,走著走著原來忘了叫菜肉卷,哈哈似乎又多個理由再來試試這味手功小品呢。更詳盡文章分享@http://foodxfile.blogspot.com/2009/09/2.html
