車仔麵乃香港獨有之美食如今車仔麵已轉趨精緻化用料和烹調都愈來愈講究與舊時的嗱喳印象南轅北轍車仔麵中我最愛配油麵底喜歡其粗身和彈牙的感覺辣汁魷魚爽口雞中翼不過不失這兒的魚蛋是陳皮魚蛋有別於坊間的廉價貨猶記得這種魚蛋是我小學時在小食部買到的那種它有一股淡淡然的陳皮香質感特別有咬勁有賣這款魚蛋的地方已愈來愈少了超甜蘿蔔有驚喜質感軟諗鮮甜無渣最後加上沙嗲汁就完成一碗地道又美味的港式車仔麵另追加秘制柱候牛筋腩味道佳但份量太少真是塞牙縫都不夠了啦
