位於尖東海旁嘅泰國菜酒吧,非常有情調,仲可以欣賞住海景。而餐廳近來邀請到國際名廚Bobby Chinn設計新菜式,當然要黎試試。✨泰式炸魷魚炸得好酥脆,唔會太厚粉,內裡魷魚彈牙。配上特製醬汁,味道似辣辣地嘅沙律,非常好味。✨大蝦冬陰功湯酸辣度剛好,少少creamy。仲有好大隻蝦好爽口彈牙。✨泰式青瑪莎曼咖喱配雞肉 好鍾意食瑪莎曼咖喱,用上好多烤烘過嘅香料,味道濃郁,甜酸鹹辣味有齊。叫多左份烤餅黎蘸咖哩食,正🥰✨泰式明爐原條蒸魚原條蒸魚份量好足,魚肉結實且嫩滑。以香茅、青檸、洋蔥、辣椒等調味,再加上辣味免治豬肉碎,酸酸辣辣好惹味。✨馬拉盞炒通菜食親泰國菜必食,完全無令我失望。✨Bobby Chinn's Pandan Panna Cotta名廚Bobby Chinn研發嘅香斑蘭奶凍。奶凍非常香滑,第一啖食落口係有濃濃嘅奶香,繼而有淡淡斑蘭香滲出。面頭仲會有士多啤梨、藍莓,同埋啲果醬,整體配合非常好。
