今日同男朋友去左銅鑼灣一間食日本野嘅餐廳,餐廳嘅裝修以黑色為主,牆身係普通嘅石屎牆,但天花嘅吊燈係幾何圖形嘅外框,另有一番風味。一口帆立貝海膽。原粒帆立貝燒左表面然後切開加入金黃色嘅海膽。好精緻!海膽金黃色好吸引,入口甘甜好新鮮,帆立貝燒得好香口但又唔會老身。燒日本廣島蠔。呢到啲菜道道都好精緻,廣島蠔上枱嘅時候啲汁仲係滾架!脹卜卜嘅蠔肉上面有蒜蓉、葱同蟹籽等等,好足料。入口嘅蒜蓉味好香,蠔身燒得啱啱好。黑松露芝士焗西蘭花。上枱熱辣辣,一大舊黑松露係到真係好大方。夾起舊西蘭花下面仲有拉絲嘅芝士,見到都滿足。黑松露嘅香、芝士嘅鹹、西蘭花嘅清全部都好夾。鐵板和牛。和牛可以選擇自己燒或者係師傅幫你燒,和牛香噴噴好吸引!入口即融,油脂好豐富,面層有黑椒吊味。伴碟嘅有菇菌同洋蔥,菇菌都好好食。上菜速度唔算快,但服務同水準絕對一流!就算係2位食客都會安排坐四人位,唔會要人撘枱,見到老闆寧願做少啲生意都要客人坐得舒服,值得一贊!
