To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 4月27號, 一行4人慶祝朋友生日,食8點晚市$1880個餐食材新鮮, 食物配搭好, 但服務極極極極極極差去到坐低時, 左手邊坐近牆有1男1女客人,男的已經飲到好high, 好大聲講野, 講粗口師傅竟然同時招呼我地同佢地,  全餐飯同師傅無咩交流, 完全失去食Omakasa意義2-3位女侍應, 仲一路同個男客飲酒, keep住開酒, “玩”到好開心, 完全忘記了上生日蛋糕後尾個男已經飲醉, 但又係間房周圍行, 我地話走先匆匆上甜品.明白不能控制客人行為, 但女侍應招呼手法, 心照不宣.   坐我地右手邊客人, 仲要係一家3口有個幾歲小朋友麻煩貴寶號講明係”Omakasa陪酒夜店”, 要開最少3支酒,先會有招呼.   我地呢d為食物來的客人, 必定敬而遠之, 唔阻你做生意

師傅竟然同時招呼我地同佢地,  全餐飯同師傅無咩交流, 完全失去食Omakasa意義
2-3位女侍應, 仲一路同個男客飲酒, keep住開酒, “玩”到好開心, 完全忘記了上生日蛋糕
後尾個男已經飲醉, 但又係間房周圍行, 我地話走先匆匆上甜品.
明白不能控制客人行為, 但女侍應招呼手法, 心照不宣.   坐我地右手邊客人, 仲要係一家3口有個幾歲小朋友
