今晚和朋友一行五人吃火鍋,全部的待應都唔出聲應人,連一點給客人回覆待人以禮嘅基本尊重也沒有,更枉論餐廳應有的服務態度1. 一開始問第一位待應如何做會員,佢竟然答咁你做返會員囉,再講就係問你點樣做會員,佢又答你download返個app,再問佢個app係乜嘢名,佢好唔耐煩指住餐牌,個名呀!我同朋友已經覺得這個待應有什麼問題嗎!2. 我兒子問另一位冇戴名牌嘅女待應拿乾紙巾和濕紙巾,那位女待應全程黑面,沒有回覆也沒有點頭,最後只是拿了幾張乾紙巾,沒有給我們要求的濕紙巾3. 如果我們不出聲,他們永遠不主動和我們加湯。我們的湯剩餘很少之後,兩次要求加湯,那位拿紙巾的女待應繼續黑面,沒回覆沒反應似的,你看着她加湯的樣子感覺好像是我們要求了什麼不對的事4. 我們後加了一份和牛一碟丸,但係等了很久冇嚟,於是問了另一位較年輕的女待應,也是沒回覆。又過了十分鐘見仲係未上,我們又再問那一位女待應,佢竟然叫我睇返打印出嚟嘅單啱唔啱。我話我剛才說了那兩碟是後加的,唔會打印在第一份落嘅單上,你幫我check下後加嗰兩碟加咗未?佢又係唔回覆走咗去,之後再見佢經過又問佢咁而家點,佢先話check咗,前前後後追咗3 、

5. 埋單走人,大家都覺得這家餐廳服務不只是差勁,而是非常惡劣,我們埋單二千六百幾和離開餐廳的時候,沒一個待應講一句多謝或者拜拜,餐廳的待應全部都黑面或者冇表情冇反應,今時今日咁嘅經濟環境,仲可以咁嘅服務態度,真係令人費解,食幾千蚊仲要受氣,我同朋友都話,以後都唔會再嚟!
