To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 年初四訂了位和家人吃午飯,因為只限二人一枱,所以多人數就要分開幾枱食。我們訂了1點中枱理應上到餐廳等5分鐘左右就可以安排入座,但一上到去一大堆人圍在前枱十分混亂,明明大家都已經訂了枱但都要排隊,場面十分混亂。明白前枱兩位帶位同事都很用心安排,都理解到,都希望新年不想傷和氣,所以就算安排上有不便都等一會。後來一位應該是經理的男職員試著解釋這情況,但這位男職員用詞上會態度上都令我和我家人感到不愉快,令我們不想再等候,最後選擇另一間餐廳用膳。對於這情況本人對貴公司的訂位和人流安排上就到失望,特別是該男職員的態度,希望貴公司可跟進。 特別感謝兩位前枱女職員在這情況盡力安排。
