To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身好鍾意食酸菜烤魚，經朋友介紹決定來試吓，上到去，明明book咗枱，仲要經多返擾攘先入得，都唔知搞咩，同客人講句唔好意思都要啦，無不特止，仲黑口黑面😤坐低舉手幾次個黑衫女侍應都當睇唔到，明明已經同佢有眼神交流都可以扮睇我唔到，擺明覺得佢玩野，好喇，終於埋到黎問多兩問又hea 答又黑口黑面又唔耐煩咁，頂，未食已經嬲嬲地，如果唔係想食個酸菜烤魚同埋串燒一早走左啦！幸好，個酸菜烤魚同串燒食物質素各方面都好好，不負所望，但好可惜咁既服務態度，好食到飛起都無用，一定無下次，完。
