Restaurant: Fo Shui Lo

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次係Openrice寫食評,未試過食野食到咁嬲。琴晚朋友book左6:45,但因為搵路,所以我地遲左幾分鐘,餐廳係6:50打比我朋友,對方電話入面態度已經唔太好,皆因佢地搞錯左我地book枱既時間做6:30,朋友已經好聲好氣解釋係book左6:45,並且講左唔好意思盡量趕快到,對方係講左句:「我呢到係寫6:30喎,咁而家你都係遲到阿!」我地知自己遲到所以都無同佢嘈。去到餐廳,某位戴眼鏡短髮女服務員一開始態度好好,介紹我地食最貴個餐,但我地就揀咗中價位$288一位既餐。但全程都食到好趕,食左一個鐘就last order,我地都有再點多轉野食。去到最後半個鐘,個位戴眼鏡短髮女服務員好似用催我地既態度話:「你地後面仲有啲野食喎!」但其實我地一直好急咁食緊,好似將所有野倒落個鍋到一鍋熟,完全唔似打緊邊爐。其實呢個價錢,得一個半鐘,仲要醬料額外收費,食物款式少(好多都要另外收費),質素一般,真係唔抵。重點係去到最後,一夠鐘服務員就會過黎叫你執野走架啦,一秒都唔會比多你,趕你走咁。用呢個價錢我諗有大把其他更好既選擇,好彩一開始無揀到最貴個餐。總之呢間野無論食物、店員方面,都有好大既改善空間,真
