To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天在此茶樓食午飯的經歷: 首先值得一讚的是此茶樓點心上菜速度快, 點心味道唔錯。 但問題係食完的吉碟冇人收, 叫左好多次都係應左之後行左去, 完全敷衍了事, 吉碟佈滿枱仲繼續上菜。再叫職員收碟, 竟然返駁話唔得閒收碟仲同我地理論。 嘩原來求職員收碟是我地錯, 果d 氣焰果真厲害, 大開眼界。 之後茶樓員工幫我地收了部份碟後, 我也不敢再麻煩茶樓員工啦, 把吉碟放格隔枱算。最後叫埋單, 叫極都唔理, 要我親自去櫃檯埋單。其實茶樓點心味道ok, 但經過今次經歷, 不想再受氣, 都係少去為妙, 最慘係我同同行的親戚講呢度野食唔錯仲力讚, 而家搞到一肚氣
