希望大家知道這家店有幾惡劣,以下均為客觀發生,我秉承良心客觀陳述當時的事實。本人約提前一個星期,預定年三十下午4:00的2人用餐,用餐時間到6:00前買單有85折。我和朋友本意都是要6點前買單離開的。我地約4:15到餐廳,坐下就選火鍋料約4:37 QR CODE下單。期間無人過來同我地講過野,無人問過我地要咩湯底(因為我食過好多次湊湊 間間都會過來問要落湯底先)更加無人介紹,茶壺都係拎過來放低都唔出聲。2個空茶杯就係前面唔緊要我自己斟茶。然後我地又係自己主動叫店員過來落湯底。約十幾二十分鐘 湯底,蔬菜,企鵝丸,烏冬同小食基本陸陸續續上來了。唯獨最主要的肥牛,海鮮拼盤沒有見到。唔緊要我地食齋先。同店員反應叫幫跟跟。店員聽完就走了。約等到落單後第三四十分鐘時候,見到一個店員推幾層餐車出來,滿滿一車肥牛,我地以為終於來了。點知咁都沒有我地既美國牛豬拼盤。。。朋友就同另一個店員再反應幫跟跟。(此時主食牛豬拼盤同海鮮拼盤仍然未上)。重點來了,我第一次見到作為店員可以背對住客人聽我地追單(我懷疑根本未聽),就匆匆忙忙走了。時間約到落單後四五十分鐘,美國牛豬拼盤同海鮮拼盤依然未上。此時已經約到4:2

時間約到落單後四五十分鐘,美國牛豬拼盤同海鮮拼盤依然未上。此時已經約到4:20幾分。期間我地又追左2次單,唔同既店員竟然各個人反應都驚奇一致:無反應。無一句任何解釋或抱歉,聽完就算。我都唔指望你地話抱歉,唔係你地責任係廚房責任都好,但哪怕是一句解釋,一句幫你跟跟或一句人手不夠我都可以理解體諒,但沒有!!一句解釋都沒有!!一句feedback都沒有!!人人都好冷漠。四五次,唔同人,各個態度都係咁!

時間已到5:30左右。歷時50分鐘。終於海鮮拼盤來到。係,沒有搞錯。咁簡單一碟美國牛豬拼盤,係出邊街不需要10分鐘就可以雪櫃攞出來上既野。我地食完齋,基本食完所有野,宜家都未來,我地唯有退單。退單又係咁慢吞吞,喊左第二次先有人話退左。

時間到5:47,我地食左啲海鮮,話叫人買單先,話我地驚6:00截單無discount85折優惠。重點來了,那位俾我地單,自稱係經理既人上來第一句就係:“我知道上得遲,所以我沒有催你地走,但宜家埋左單就要即刻交檯或者就食到六點後原價買單”。。??????唔好意思我第一次聽到明知自己衰左差不多一個鐘先上到菜都可以咁大聲的店員。但首先上菜慢唔係我地責任,也都不是我地食得慢。而且海鮮拼盤,咁大盆蟹蝦貝類鮑魚等,點都要煮20幾分鐘掛?5點30幾先上,請問邊個人食得遲6:00前離座?但佢堅持左好耐,到話返我地4:15先入座。。?就算我地遲3個字入座,1個半鐘再鬆,正常再慢點都打到邊爐掛。

直到最後,差唔多1個鐘先上到海鮮拼盤仲要我地退單無得食肉既呢間餐廳既餐廳經理。終於勉強俾我地買單先,食多15分走既6:15前走。

所以2個人,在銅鑼灣千幾蚊消費既中高連鎖餐飲,唔話今次食材一般,咁質素,咁服務,唔岩喎,應該叫無服務啦。我都不知道憑乜收10%服務費。還是是大年三十收到如此對待。是否太店大欺客?實在失望至極。實在令人意難平, 令人唏噓, 令人氣憤!!哪怕本人經常食湊湊,連內地也都食過,過年咁印象深刻,以後我會blacklist, 都建議身邊朋友親戚Blacklist.
