To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我於「餐廳周」訂位並惠顧,當晚餐廳兩位接待處職員表現親切、洽如其份,惟侍應及經理服務強差人意,經常背對客人,過程中沒有主動加水及換碟,且本人要求菜式:「盡量逐道上」,女經理聞言面色一變態度極為傲慢稱:「盡量啦!」當我進食乳鴿時,泡飯同時上桌,令泡飯的脆米變淋、溫度亦下降。我在吃畢泡飯時,告訴侍應甜品:「待叫起!」侍應回應說好,惟不久即捧來甜品,而甜品蛋白杏仁茶的味道極為人工香精味道,我與同伴嚐過一口便立即放棄。結帳時侍應及經理木無表情,鑑於他們的態度,我也懶得就上述種種作出投訴,反之離去時兩名接待員禮貌說:「謝謝!」整體來說,這是一次不快的用餐經歷。我到達時清楚交代訂位姓名,就座後,經理亦主動稱知道我是來吃「餐廳周」的套餐,但事後卻指我沒出席,我特地上載收據證明有出席。DiningCity Asia <notification@mail.diningcity.cn> 於 2020年4月5日 週日 下午3:56寫道:Show quoted text
