Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日咁岩經過灣仔合和,想食下日本野,見到呢間格局可以,就諗住冇咩人就諗住入去食下啦,點知一去到門口個服務員就叫我企埋一邊等下啦,我仲以為佢哋裏面好忙所以要等,點不知我見到裏面啲服務員只係掛住喺度吹水,我大概喺門口等左5分鐘,個服務員就行埋你話俾我知你只能夠食半個鐘,咁我就諗住是但啦,都我坐低左叫咗一個set之後,我都未叫完野,個服務員就叫都唔睬,就飛咗去隔離枱嗰三個日本人到,見到個服務員好似隻狗一樣,簡直不知所謂,最搞笑係我坐咗喺度連食野都未有25分鐘,個服務員就拎張叫我埋單,我都仲食緊,唉,呢啲服務員都唔知係咪幫老細趕客,我一定唔會再有下次去!唔怪得知呢間野係食飯時候到冷冷清清啦
