To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本人打電話致電酒店訂位確認10:30 4大2小及查詢有關洒店泊車事宜,當時職員回答已訂位及有消費代客泊服務。惟本人擔心冇車位再次打電話查詢,酒店職員仍然表示沒有問題。當我們到達酒店泊入停車場後到如 取位時,食肆職員表示沒有接到任何訂枱消息。但他們打開電話短訊時確實有我們預約的消息。當時負責帶枱的經理竟然回覆現在沒有枱,完全沒有諗過解決問題。冇諗過酒店既服務竟然如此惡劣,仲衰過普通酒樓。我2個大人2個老人家同2個幼兒於是就離開。講真你請我食都食唔落。
