上環地鐵站附近開咗呢一間由英籍華人主理嘅中菜,裝修華麗典雅,有室內室外兩個部分,空間感十足,收工同同事黎飲杯酒食下小菜,環境不錯。🦆香酥鴨跟薄餅wrapped in pancakes, fresh garnishes& house sauce.絲絲鴨肉色澤橙紅,口感皮脆肉酥。以葱白、青瓜絲、甜麵醬佐食。有別於傳統嘅北京填鴨,口感更乾身爽口一些,油膩感低,而佢地嘅薄餅則柔韌具彈性,整體不錯。🐟1908BC 招牌炸魚薯條Fish and Chips “served w/pea mash & a side of sauce“呢碟炸魚薯條說是招牌確實不為過,用上口感彈牙嫩滑嘅貴價青衣魚,夾起唔容易鬆散,同坊間食嘅炸魚薯條有明顯唔同,薯條亦是綿密香脆。醬料方面,隨魚附有#醋、#他他醬,仲有佢哋嘅#招牌咖喱汁,三者令魚柳味道更顯豐富,簡簡單單嘅一味炸魚薯條,比佢哋烹調得毫不普通,高質。🍸建議配搭酒品:“Calamansi Gin Sour “”材料:Gin | Calamansi | Egg White | Shiso味道:清爽易入口,低甜解膩高酸度,搭配炸物非常合適。
