To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日約咗屋企人飲茶,去咗老爺奶奶最鍾意嘅阿翁。阿翁燒賣係我so far食過最好味的燒賣,食材唔止有豬肉、蝦、仲有香菇。豬肉非常新鮮,蝦又爽,冬菇味濃,一食入口完全可以感受到廚師嘅心思,係我哋每次去飲茶一定要叫嘅點心之一。雞扎係我最鍾意嘅點心,呢度做得非常出色,所有材料又新鮮又入味!雞腳炆得又香又林,老公好鍾意!金錢肚及蘿蔔糕都做得好好。整體來講,阿翁嘅點心樣樣都做得好精緻美味、呢度嘅賣點之一係服務非常好,職員個個都好attentive。不過,令我覺得最驚喜嘅反而係呢度嘅紅豆沙,煮得好棉、又香陳皮味,下次再嚟飲茶一定要食!

金錢肚及蘿蔔糕都做得好好。


整體來講,阿翁嘅點心樣樣都做得好精緻美味、呢度嘅賣點之一係服務非常好,職員個個都好attentive。不過,令我覺得最驚喜嘅反而係呢度嘅紅豆沙,煮得好棉、又香陳皮味,下次再嚟飲茶一定要食!
