To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 7月中有朋友從外地回來,他說你們一定要來元朗探我,順便吃下他的摯愛「永年士多」車仔麵。一行四人到達時,有十數顧客在排隊,我們分頭行事有的去排隊買車仔麵,有的分頭去找座位,鋪頭坐滿了顏客,大家都努力在吃,排隊的靜靜的等很有秩序。我們叫的車仔麵各自精彩,有一碗是冬菇、大腸、糖心蛋,朋友吃得津津有味,他說大腸鹵得很入味,冬菇得很好,很滑,糖心蛋就比較熟了些。另一碗有雞翼、蘿蔔、滷水大腸,雞翼很和味,蘿蔔是甜的,沒有那種苦苦的味道,同是滷水大腸癡的朋友也叫好。我叫的豬紅、蘿蔔、魷魚也是很好味,豬紅入味有質感,魷魚爽脆,我叫了粗麵份量頗多,你一定可以吃飽。我跟朋友說雖然好吃,但是好像沒有什麼突出之處,朋友說永年士多最出名是他們的辣,是神粹所在,很可惜我們四人都不能吃辣,下次一定要淺嘗一下。

我們叫的車仔麵各自精彩,有一碗是冬菇、大腸、糖心蛋,朋友吃得津津有味,他說大腸鹵得很入味,冬菇得很好,很滑,糖心蛋就比較熟了些。


另一碗有雞翼、蘿蔔、滷水大腸,雞翼很和味,蘿蔔是甜的,沒有那種苦苦的味道,同是滷水大腸癡的朋友也叫好。
