我哋試咗火炙三文魚卷,魚肉鮮味,醬汁配搭得宜。另外,汁煮魚頭煮得好嫩滑,入口即化。野菜天婦羅炸得恰到好處,外層脆卜卜,裏面嘅蔬菜依然保持水分,唔會太乾。
最後驚唔夠飽,加咗豚肉燒飯同牛肉飯,份量適中,調味出色,大家都食得好滿足。清酒煮蜆亦係驚喜,蜆肉大隻鮮甜,酒香提鮮,令人回味。

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
