To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2019年6月25日 去睇女朋友在屯門大會堂的表演, 睇之前先食個晚飯, 就近在隔離的商場找了這間食, 本來對連鎖店都沒有什麼期待, 結果反而有驚喜。 我們點了紅酒煮牛肉和胡椒湯魚肚雞窩套餐, 兩個小菜都相當不俗。 紅酒煮牛肉 紅酒汁煮得好好, 很配合牛肉的味道, 能夠將紅酒的濃甜感覺融入去牛肉當中, 很配飯, 另一個小菜未上之前我都差不多食完整碗飯了。 胡椒湯魚肚雞窩 這個我們選擇連爐上, 即場煲住食更加有風味, 胡椒湯味道很突出, 食落好暖胃, 魚肚和雞等配料都好多, 夠晒兩個人甚至三個人食, 我們食到連湯都飲埋, 好正。埋單150蚊左右, 性價比不錯。
