To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天2.11.202晚上一個黑眼境的男服務員態度十分差，雖然不關我事，但看不過眼，有客人跟池說凍飲未到，但他態度很不客氣說：你等我放下盤上的野好嗎！之後他很不禮貌對他的下屬說，這個客沒有点飲品單。這樣態度不應服務業打工的，不尊重客人又不尊重下屬，應被淘太。

太興呢間餐廳相信人人都聽過，甚至試過咁濟。今次出post 純碎想分享一下一個我好鍾意食嘅菜😋🤩。🥕香煎芒果蝦球每粒蝦球都好大、好肥美，咬落去好爽口多汁，炸得亦都相當脆😍😍。個醬汁係呢個蝦球嘅精髓，甜甜酸酸，仲有啲沙律醬，非常入味，加埋啲好甜嘅芒果粒同埋沙律，令成碟餸食落去都唔會太膩。

😍火腿通粉拼香滑炒蛋配鬆脆多士呢個早餐百食不厭。通粉唔會過淋，好煙靭，湯底好清甜，配埋火腿一流。炒蛋真係世一，滑到不得了，超級香蛋味。多士烘得好脆，搽埋牛油🧈非常好食奶茶香濃，茶同埋奶既比例非常均勻，入口順滑，食晒所有嘢先叫佢起，熱辣辣非常好飲

今日難得唔使返工，特登喺屋企附近去食個早餐，見依間人唔算多，又好耐冇食過。就去食下佢嘅早餐。我就叫咗個餐蛋麵加熱奶茶。我諗呢個組合大部份香港人都試過，所以特色就冇㗎啦。叫做有啲親切咁啦。先講吓杯奶茶，佢嘅奶茶一直都好出名，但係大部份人都係講佢嘅冰鎮奶茶。所以我特登試吓佢嘅熱奶茶，總括而言冇乜驚喜，唔算好差，但亦都唔係話好好飲。即係唔需要特登為杯奶茶你食佢嘅嘢。依個餐蛋麵蛋炒得好老，個餐肉就感覺上冇點煎過。以健康角度來講的確唔錯。但係味道就相當一般。個面都冇乜特別，就係一個普通嘅公仔麵。總括而言成餐飯冇乜驚喜，冇乜中伏。但係價錢4x就貴咗少少。應該唔會再食。

🍽 ☕️一向以燒味出名，但我每次都會叫豬扒雙蛋飯, 大過塊面既豬扒🐷🍳🍚，肉質嫩滑，不知是否落得比較多生粉，醃得好入味，但略嫌太多油。 雙蛋一定要係荷包蛋先好，用蛋汁撈飯一流，正！ 價格上升幅度很大😫反之，燒味相對失色，叉燒略瘦，紅腸較鹹，價錢貴，但份量相對少，要求多飯，但沒有多到。奶茶☕️向來是我每餐飯的靈魂，茶味算濃，口感不錯👍🏻。 冰鎮奶茶🥤，沒有冰粒的沖淡，味道尚可。
