剛剛去咗金鐘太古廣場萬豪酒店JW 咖啡廳。疫情後隔了幾個月再去味道都可以，但有少少覺得不同了，海參炆鮑魚鮑魚有少許硬不容易咬碎，冇當時容易咀嚼，龍躉肉可能蒸得太耐少許乾和硬，魚生就不過不失，因為魚生已經切定片只係放在雪櫃，口感程度已經變了，酒店自助餐我個人覺得不需要切定給客人，因為不是便當和超市，因在酒店食自助餐是享受，希望不會這樣做，醉雞和薑蔥雞仍然好好味，凍龍蝦可以，乳鴿冇當年肥潤好薄片沒有肉即係好瘦，乳鴿湯好飲，叉燒有少許乾，其餘冇乜變，好彩不斷加食品，收碟好快, 當然個人口味不同最好自己試吓
