To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 比較少食印尼菜,原來銅鑼灣呢個位有間印尼菜,平時經過都唔覺。晚上八點左右都見唔少人等緊位,餐廳做緊特價抗疫套餐$50左右,非常抵食!我哋叫咗斑斕雞半隻,雞嘅賣相好靚,面上有杞子,雞皮黃色有光澤,而且雞肉幾滑。雞味唔算好重,但係點左斑斕醬汁及甜豉油,味道就立即提升。另外叫咗個炸雞碎撈麵,以為真係肚碎。點知原來係炸雞,炸雞炸得非常香脆,有印尼風味!我覺得做得好出色!印尼撈麵彈牙,醬汁剛剛好!如果唔夠辣仲有一兜辣椒俾你撈落去。串燒叫咗白鱔串3串,肉質幾滑,而且冇骨配有沙嗲醬汁。飲品叫咗桂皮煎葉果蜜,桂皮係肉桂嘅意思;所以我鍾意肉桂覺得好香,而且又夠滋潤。另外叫咗香茅椰糖薑蜜,飲落去有啲似庶水,幾清甜又有薑味。呢間印尼菜嘅食物質素真係唔錯,怪唔得咁多人等位食!
