To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本來揾定资料去南山邨一問叫嘉湖噶食肆, 殊不知去到, 佢居然關上門. 見佢左边有間属屋邨型噶茶記叫新南山冰室, 見价錢都係街坊价, 就佢啦. 點左下午茶餐XO乾炒牛河$39, 凍飲加$3.有驚喜喎, 出到尼色澤明, 調味恰到好處, 用韭菜洋蔥芽菜伴炒, 牛肉食到唔算韌, 尼個年頭,一碟似樣噶牛河都唔係話想要就即刻食到㗎.食到咁上下, 忽然見到女侍應攞住一客炒得幾似樣又知係乜噶嘢出尼奉客, 多口問下, 係南山特色炒丁, 即刻加碼追叫左一碟, 尼到昅下, 原來係用火腿虾仁同义燒去炒丁丁麵, 但食唔出佢有何特色有何性格, 但總体都算合格噶, 但講真, 都係XO 乾炒牛河勝幾筹. 話時話, 尼度D 辣椒油幾辣下,我都食開辣㗎,但都覺得幾Kun 下,另外,餐廳用噶傳统红辣醬（粥舖用嗰種）太粘稠,已告知侍應, 希望佢哋改善啦, 各位, 寫尼篇食評都用左我成四個字, 越坐越凍, 人客也越尼越多, 现在係16：00了, 係時候走人, 再見各位！
