上星期特意和男朋友來到食西班牙菜。假日提供早午餐The Flamenco Brunch,所有食物都fix 好唔洗簡,岩晒我呢d唔想諗野嘅人!1️⃣Mix Spanish cold cuts- Ham shoulder, cheese, chorizo, olives and tomato bread西班牙冷盤,有豬肩肉片、香腸、橄欖、蕃茄多士、芝士。男朋友話最中意食芝士,芝士味濃郁咁話!我就最鍾意個別蕃茄多士,蕃茄鮮甜,食得出好新鮮!2️⃣Tartar de atun- Tuna tartar with avocado and toast吞拿魚蓉入口啖啖肉,又新鮮!配牛油果醬一流!3️⃣Padrones- Fried Padron peppers本身應該係食炸小青椒,但老闆話最近係西班牙未有來貨,所以就準備左另一款炸物我地食,豬肉芝士條,都係好好食!4️⃣Patatas bravas - Traditional spicy potatoes 薯仔係炸過的,但內面好香軟,淋上微辣的醬汁,好開胃。5️⃣Albondigas - Beef and pork meatballs mama style牛肉同豬肉組成

足料的西班牙炒飯,有海鮮和雞肉,飯吸收醬汁的鮮甜,我哋食到唔停口,而且份量好多,每人食左2-3大碗!

睇起嚟好似香港的乳豬,烤得香和脆,肉好淋,醬汁食起上嚟好特別。一食就覺得同香港的乳豬好唔同。

西班牙的甜品,Churros炸得勁脆,同埋好熱,係剛剛炸起外脆內軟,配朱古力醬同雲呢拿雪糕好好食!

總結,餐廳係新裝修,環境好好,我覺得仲好岩包場搞party,應該會好有氣氛,服務質素都好高。食物方面,食材高質,口味亦是正宗西班牙!會俾100分。
