呢間餐廳自己其實bookmarked 左好耐,幾年前見過有youtuber係度食creme brûlée 之後就好留意呢間餐廳(果陣叫Le Petit Masion)。最近要揾餐廳慶祝生日,見有啲budget就試下呢間。睇呢度大家嘅食評同食物嘅賣相,我其實已經有好高嘅期望。一到餐廳,見到個open kitchen 同bar枱好搶眼,再見到被安排到坐圓枱,而唔係兩張枱拍埋湊六人枱,覺得坐得好comfy,唔錯。當時燈光的確係比一般法國菜餐廳較光,但原來係配合大家睇menu同合照,之後開餐後會調返暗,都幾有情調。前菜:自製沙律(蕃茄檸檬)😳看似冇咩特別,但勝在夠新鮮多汁又甜,幾好Octopus slices 必試程度:4/5入口軟糯,調味好適中Snails 必試程度: 5/5好耐冇食到正宗法國蝸牛,個汁一定要淋落個包度食,一流!主菜:Sea Bream必試程度: 2/5其實質素好好,好軟滑,但成個dinner佢相比其他食物就冇咁outstanding. 其實質素好好,好軟滑,但成個dinner佢相比其他食物就冇咁outstanding.

Pork Belly

叫左medium well, 但之後覺得medium應該更好,油脂分佈好好,好juciy,就算唔係叫厚身果款都好好食

lamb racks

wow,果然係鎮店之寶,超嫩,完全唔羶,用嘅香料好特別,配埋香料小米飯都好香,超水準!佢連啲車厘茄同洋蔥都非常多汁非常甜

Potato Gratin
必試程度:3/5
好食,食得出個fresh cream嘅奶香,不過少少膩,但Gratin一定係膩架啦

甜品:
French Toast
必試程度:4/5
唔錯,外脆內軟,有少少cinnamon 香,配埋雪糕一熱一凍,只係稍為略甜,都好好食

Crème Brûlée
必試程度:5/5
Wow,非常幼滑,個底係滿滿嘅雲呢拿籽,超誇張嘅濃郁,焦糖夠薄夠脆,高質。友人就覺得可以多啲蛋,等蛋香更出同埋口感挺身啲,但我就鐘意呢間嘅版本😋

總評:
所有食品都好有好準,更難得係分量好夠,侍應亦好細心,環境輕鬆愉快,美中不足係洗手間要落一層,同埋reception同事態度有進步空間。
