To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢問壽司店成日見人排隊,之前想嚟試下但又唔想等,今日無嘢做就嚟試下當初以為得幾個位嘅外賣店,原來上面仲有位壽司,鰻魚飯,清酒煮蜆,蒜片牛柳粒及生蠔(廣島蠔)首先嚟生蠔,講到明係冰鮮貨但其實能夠做好啲!如果用柚子醋及檸檬汁等作調味會無咁腥(小弟以前做過餐廳用嘅生蠔差唔多但會調味)清酒味濃,我就幾鍾意啦!咁你呢?鰻魚飯不過不失未見驚喜壽司ok啦,尤其係赤蝦壽司去到呢個時候有驚喜,蒜片牛柳粒份量比預期多,試下味道先肉質唔錯有咬口真係寶物沉歸底其實係餐牌仲有其他菜色想試,環境方面有居酒屋嘅感覺,三五知己飲返兩杯都唔錯(餐廳有酒牌)
