To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早一個星期已經訂左位,當時問可唔可以坐窗口位,不過聽電話的服務員話窗口位每人要最低消費五百,所以作罷。不過尋晚去到,都安排左一個靠窗的卡位比我地,雖然不是向維港的落地玻璃,但都OK啦。是晚點了幾個菜:拍青瓜-普普通通,不過朋友話無擺設過,放得好亂,收四十八文碟應該哩方面都要注意下。素鵝-幾好味。老火湯-今晚係冬瓜瘦肉煲雞,兩人用但係份量不夠兩碗,但係真係好甜,咁多料煲埋得兩碗,難怪。麵醬炒油麥菜-第一次食咁用麵豉炒的油麥菜,甜甜地,好味。樟茶鴨-鴨皮比較肥厚,但幾入味。魚湯西施粉-個魚湯超甜,粉就類似米線。尋晚去好似爆晒場,七點零的時間walk-in的話應該無位。環境一流,服務就還可以啦。上菜比較慢,但以咁的環境和價錢,坐多陣傾下計望下境其實都OK。
