To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 坐低3秒俾男經理即問食乜,之後我地叫佢等等。一分鐘想落單,男經理覆:岩岩你叫等等,而家你等返我5分鐘先幫你落單。 我地打算叫第個waiter 落單,個個都話要等等。唔知話佢小器好還是佢覺得香港人慢吞吞,做遊客生意仲好。 前幾個月食,態度都可以接受,可以講得都算殷勤。但可能呢幾個月有遊客生意支持下,已經唔擾做,所以又變返「澳牛」態度。但澳牛態度係人地特質,銀龍用呢個態度就變得離譜。 野食又唔係特別好食,態度又差,只可以係迫不得已嘅情況之下先揀佢。
