To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時都較少出嚟尖沙咀食晏,食晚飯就多,今回有特別任務,做一日車長帶團出嚟食自助餐,而我哋幾個車長就晌附近搵間茶記快快手醫肚就算。一出酒店門口,無遠就見到「銀龍」,大家都喺無咩要求嘅人,就佢啦,最緊要就腳及快手。餐廳設晌地庫,落到去都幾大吓,都喺基本嘅茶記格局:2人枱、4人枱、卡位,四正夠光猛。而餐具、基本調味料就放晒晌枱上,鍾意佢有蓋冚住,衛生啲。要快嘅,最好就喺揀午市套餐,星期一至日,每日有8款選擇,定價$60-$72,尖沙咀嚟講,算相宜架喇。雖然我哋一人叫一個飯,但都「些牙」少少嚟食。豬軟骨餐肉煎蛋飯 $60呢度啲碟頭好大,我哋3個人嘅午餐都好足份量,好似呢款就俾足3隻煎蛋,兩大片厚切餐肉,加埋多嚿豬軟骨,非常有睇頭。我就只喺黐嚿豬軟骨試試,香濃惹味,啲肉又鬆化,真喺唔錯喎。頭抽霸王雞客飯 $68平常食燒味飯時,叫雞飯啲雞都喺俾到手掌大小嘅份量,但呢個霸王雞就俾到一大碟,睇落仲好靚仔,唔肥,而食落雞皮好爽,皮下脂肪又真喺少,肉質嫩滑,沾上一點頭抽令肉味更鮮。刴椒豆腐蒸䱽魚飯 $60小弟就揀咗蒸魚,同樣一整碟好大條䱽魚,雖然以辣椒同蔥花去蒸,但辣度好微,卻有種提鮮之效,最緊要喺蒸得啱啱好,啲魚肉確喺嫩滑,下面仲墊咗少少豆腐,沾上豉油,帶微辣,實在唔錯。熱奶茶、熱咖啡既然嚟到茶記,小弟嘅必然選擇就喺熱奶茶,睇落茶色似乎有少少淡,但幸而飲落又無話過多奶,茶奶比例都OK,茶味都夠香。今餐都算快靚正,我自己就比較少幫襯「銀龍」,食物嘅質素比預期好,招呼方面就一般般啦,無話好,亦無話差,叫做符合我哋想快嘅要求。

Lunch 時間又到🍽️今日試下銀龍午市套餐魚角牛丸河配魚皮🐟凍 OT 🍹冇期望就冇失望🤭夠快,落單5分鐘已齊曬🏃🏃眼見都幾多游客幫觀樓面姐姐都好勤快唯一可以讚下嘅係冷氣足夠😅

從來冇食過咁難食嘅意粉⋯真係好難食好難食,成$70幾一個意粉,竟然半碟水,味道極淡,意粉極硬好似冇熟咁🤢因為嗌俾小朋友,於是有禮詢問店員可唔可以幫手焗熟啲。店員完全唔理,話呢個就係正宗口味🙏🏻另外嗌咗一個雲吞雞,啲湯係濃湯寶嘅味道,雞肉全部都係雞胸,皮厚肉柴,而且冇咩味,大半兜都食唔落去最重要係舖頭店員態度極差😡同老闆講要點單直程唔理我哋(佢企喺隔離一定聽到我哋講嘢)⋯問店員落杯嘢飲都要等5分鐘

嗌海南雞飯嚟到發現根本係白切雞,雞肉又鞋又老又多骨一啲味都冇,見到都唔開胃,70幾我去食個切雞飯仲好食過佢,最好笑係比甜辣醬我點佢個白切雞,銀龍咁大間連鎖餐廳都整埋啲咁伏嘅野?

一間正宗垃圾茶餐廳,超級極度差服務,垃圾級數食物,永遠永遠唔會再幫襯,就咁睇現場人士個個都想快啲走,趕客嘅服務加上價錢唔平,特別係當你正在進食嘅時間,那位戴眼鏡唔知係唔係經理嘅男人用毛毛清潔客人頭頂嘅冷氣槽,另外那位唔知係唔係經理嘅男人不停在現場用粗魯嘅語氣同員工和客人溝通,問呢一位大哥想攞杯水好似去乞食咁。再講食物質素,選擇又唔係多,來來去去都係嗰啲㗎啦,都可以做得咁差。仲有個環境清潔衛生,真係好似喺垃圾房食嘢咁。唔怪之得我朋友話有冇第二間選擇?我終於發現點解佢咁抗拒。銀龍茶餐廳開頭嘅時候真係幾好,而家發現原來一間店舖沒落係有跡可尋,再見推介俾大家,千祈唔好去,你會後悔
