今天好享受,介紹吓以下『LAB美食』。Seafood Platter ,有西班牙紅蝦刺身,鮮鮑魚,活蜆,翡翠螺,生蠔,全部非常之新鮮,甜美,鮑魚超級彈牙,冇得頂。Raclette Cheese,師傅喺客人面前即時將熱熔的芝士『割』落來,同火腿,火箭菜撈埋一齊吃,就好似吃pizza咁吃,趁熱吃口感最好,但小心太飽吖。Carabinero prawn Spaghetti,紅蝦勁大隻,彈牙,味道超正,而意粉嘅成熟度就係多D就太腍,少D就太硬,即係啱啱好,好满足我的口感,平時唔算太鍾意吃意粉,但今次就吃咗好多。Tiramisu chocolate tart,呢個甜品tart擺碟亦係好吸引,吃落當然勁享受,同時亦不太甜,好正。我杯飲品係我鍾意的紫色,係餐廳自家制雞尾酒,佢叫做Purple rain-blaster,調酒師喺我哋面前好似魔術師咁,整咗個好吸引的波波,絕對係吸睛之作,飲嗰時飲管一『篤』落去,煙霧迷離好夢幻,哈哈,好開心。
