To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 帝苑酒店內的東來順餐廳一直以正宗北京菜聞名,這次品嚐的幾道菜令人印象深刻。松子菊花魚塊口感爽脆,魚肉鮮嫩,配上松子的微微香脆,層次豐富;金湯魚肉獅子頭賣相誘人,獅子頭肉質細膩軟嫩,浸泡在濃郁的金黃色湯底中,味道溫潤濃厚,十分下飯。珍菌浸時菜清淡健康,保持菜的鮮甜及菌菇的鮮味,為整餐提供一點清新感。最令人驚喜的是雪影桃花,這道蛋白炒蝦仁做得極為出色,蛋白部分香滑輕盈,蝦仁鮮甜彈牙,且加入了少量臘鴨肉碎,帶出微妙的鹹香,令整體味道更加豐富。整體而言,東來順的菜品在味道和質感上都達到了很高水平,是一次令人滿意的用餐體驗。
