這間位於銅鑼灣的【Ciclo】,主打西餐,有多款的小食及主菜,另外還有多款特色的cocktail,可以邊飲邊食,同朋友chill一晚。Uni Lobster Bisque Arancini用了龍蝦殼熬湯煮成的意大利飯,加上一層芝士一層飯,炸至金黃香脆,海膽更是畫龍點睛,鮮味十足。Charcoal Karaage豆豉醬醃製過的雞肉,加上竹炭粉包裹,炸至香脆,雞肉保持肉汁,不會炸得太乾。Drunken Crab Pasta用了蜆湯、花雕及雞油煮成的墨汁意粉,有雞油香及蜆肉鮮甜,還帶微辣,十分惹味。Crispy Short Rib牛坑腩的部份炆至肉質鬆化,醬汁是牛骨、老雞、紅酒等煮成,十分濃郁,表面淋上腰果、番茜及蒜頭的醬汁。Sake Sour 用了三粒米sake,加上蛋白及檸檬汁,口感綿密。Tom Yum帶少許辣味,有泰式香料香味,幾有特色。食物煮法十分有心思,而且每款都好味有特色。
