To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 「不吐不快」話說我每個星期都總會幫襯一兩次太興外賣,今日已經係我第三次因為個湯飯行到半路瀉晒而要返轉頭換。完全係因為佢地包外賣唔肯放多張紙皮响中間,導致膠碗蓋爛左而湯倒瀉哂!咁之前佢係會再整過俾我,我都算數!今日個男經理攞住我袋外賣入廚房,唔夠5分鐘就出返嚟俾袋嘢我,我都估緊佢會唔會就咁倒返個膠袋入面啲湯俾我就算。不出所料,仲要連埋之前個爛膠蓋嘅殘骸,諗起啲湯浸過紙皮,又唔知佢點倒出嚟,仲點食得落!唔通真係「有得食,你都唔食?」
