今日同男朋友去呢間位於觀塘工廈嘅「喰楽」食關西風壽喜燒 😋根據唔同肉類有唔同套餐,因為我哋想試晒咁多種肉類,我哋就揀咗「肉類復仇者」:先嚟係白桃烏龍茶,有好香白桃味:之後係三式前菜,有蟹籽帶子沙律、一個小小嘅和牛飯同一啲漬物:重頭戲當然係牛肉,足足有成180克 😍:牛肉有好多款,簡直好似去咗品「牛」大會 😂🐂 日本產A5和牛:✅ 肩胛芯:油脂分布比較均勻,可同時食到肉味同油香✅ 沙巴當(Zabuton):沙巴當係日文軟墊嘅意思,油花多,入口即融✅ 三筋:牛味好出,而且愈咬愈濃✅ 牛上肩:同樣油份較多,煎完非常香🐂 澳洲產M9和牛三筋:牛味最濃🐂 美國SRF和牛上肩:纖維比其他嘅牛肉多,比較有咬口食到咁上下肉,專人就會煮啲菜,清清個味蕾:最後嘅特式飯點都係即整即食:完成賣相好靚:甜品係芝麻味雪糕:壽喜燒不嬲係我嘅摯愛,不過好似今次咁全程都有專人服侍,即整即食,真係第一次,相當有驚喜! 👍🏻
