To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不斷試點心放題嘅我,今次來到isquare 30樓,第一次去到咁高食點心😂呢間叫南海一號,個名大有學問,名字靈感源自明代航海家鄭和的歷史性遠洋航行。呢度環境乾淨,光線充足,而且仲有成個維港海景,點心選擇雖然唔多,但係味道都算好食,我地中途勁多要求,服務員都無黑面,好好服務😂,特別要提下我地拎左樽辣椒醬,呢樽豆瓣醬係食落先知好似XO醬咁,唔似出面豆瓣醬一味得個鹹字,用來食炒河粉,星米,腸粉,真係一流,推薦。Btw,話梅石榴,辣子雞球同埋炒蝦米腸粉都唔錯。
