記得自從幾年前跟朋友去食川菜後, 便愛上了. 今次川菜之友話去食川菜, 我梗係要跟埋去啦. 放工搭巴士過來都幾方便, 巴士站落車行五分鐘就到, 食完回家又可坐小巴.入到去坐底感覺都舒服, 兩邊有卡位, 同中間圓枱有保持距離, 唔好迫迫夾夾樟茶鴨: 一上枱就已經”燻”香撲鼻, 聞到鴨油香, 咬落皮香肉嫩, 煙薰加鴨肉酥味好配合, 再配上秘制醬料(近似田鴨醬/乳豬醬), 加添小小甜味, 令味道層次感再提升諸葛烤魽魚(中辣): 一邊煮, 麻辣香一路飄出, 肉滑有彈性, 鮮甜少骨, 就算細舊夾起都唔會散開"碎濕濕"水煮牛: 用鮮牛肉片, 麻辣入味亦無蓋過牛肉味, 肉質有咬口唔鞋, 無用過量鬆肉粉, 麻辣味入口時不強, 但會慢慢從喉嚨滲出, 麻辣度不斷加強變化, 回味長. 水煮牛入面有水晶粉, 水晶粉完全吸收麻辣, 爽滑夠腍,辣度十足
