阿女同事介紹灣仔有間特色餐廳叫Flagship,主打多國菜美食,加入中式元素的食物別有一番風味。今日阿女就同我一齊過嚟試吓,餐廳裝潢簡潔清新,屬隱世特色西餐廳。法國香草脆田螺,外層係用威化雪糕筒做成,將法國田螺和香草釀入,口感外脆,田螺充滿牛油和香草汁味道。紐西蘭脆皮三文魚,紐西蘭三文魚無基因改造、沒注射抗生素、沒使用荷爾蒙生長激素和化學飼料養殖、符合天然食品安全原則,三文魚用了刺身級別,魚皮煎得脆口,魚肉鮮嫩,魚脂甘香,伴碟的蔬菜和菇類亦燒得又香又爽脆。特色卡邦尼意粉,意粉改用中式臘肉和金華火腿,所以味道比煙肉更濃郁同更有鹹香,意粉軟硬適中,濃郁芝士醬汁沾滿每條意粉,中西合璧,味道方面真是另一番風味。
