To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早上要到「摩利」習泳,想想在哪裏吃早餐,知道近期人氣急升的「華星」,便慕名往這店吃個早餐。剛巧坐在張國榮的唱片封套下的卡位,早上九時許也差不多坐滿人,點了份早餐。火腿通粉,火腿切成絲,通粉不太腍,有咬口,湯底略鹹,炒蛋炒得很嫩滑,有蛋香,我不知「澳牛」炒蛋的水準如何,無從比較,但對這裏的炒蛋,已很滿意,牛油多士,夠厚,夾炒蛋吃也不錯,而奶茶方面,店方聲稱用北海道牛奶,奶味反而不及某些牌子淡奶濃,整體也合格。若然播放當年「華星」的歌曲,定必更令人陶醉。雖然餐牌款式不多,但單做慕名而至的,已應接不暇,相信有一定的吸引力。
