To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 半島酒店嘉麟樓最出名嘅地方就係佢嘅奶黃月餅,不過我個人並唔鍾意食奶黃月餅,所以要試佢嘅食物,就係要親自去佢嘅餐廳食。首先我哋叫咗酒店介紹嘅signature mocktail。本身我都對佢哋嘅mocktail幾有期望,可惜換來嘅都係失望,兩個mocktail 都係冇味嘅。主菜叫咗個牛腩稻庭烏冬,因為冇諗過呢兩樣食物可以加埋一齊,一個廣東菜一個日本麵,想睇吓佢兩樣嘢點樣夾到出嚟,同埋夾得好唔好食。果然不負期望,牛腩煮得好林,亦都入味,稻庭烏冬靭度啱啱好,fusion得來完全唔覺得唔夾最後唔少得嘅就梗係飯後甜品啦,紅棗糕煙靭非常甜度適中,滿口紅棗香味。笑口棗就冇乜特別,我本身都唔太鍾意食呢啲煎炸野。去嘉麟樓食飯,除咗食物之外,都應該欣賞下佢嘅擺設,佢嘅筷子架係一架帆船,好有香港特色。而其他佈置都古色古香,別具雅致。
