日本料理.. 真係我最鍾意食既菜式就算日日食都唔會覺得厭倦近日做野 做到都無哂自己朋友突然間打嚟話一齊去食日本野我當然一口答應啦~朋友就帶我去到位於灣仔同金鐘中間既鮨月而我就建議如果要去既朋友係金鐘MTR行過去會方便D鮨月店裝潢比較時尚,同平時食開日本裝潢有別有一個小吧台位置牆上亦掛住當日推介食材點好餐後先黎一個熊本蕃茄作前菜蕃茄味道清新鮮甜刺身魴鮄魚薄切,師生刀功一流,每一片都好均一而魚既肉質比較結實,魚味清新又鮮甜福岡粟米口感脆口 好清甜第一次試既我一食就愛上蟹仔好似炸到脆卜卜,好香口厚岸蠔第一次見咁長既蠔蠔上面仲有海葡萄食落口第一個應覺覺得好CREAMY,金屬味重而師傅幫我地加入檸檬汁,淡淡檸檬味令蠔更鮮甜油金魚腩魚既質感結實,魚味亦好香濃所以只配WASABI食就夠鮮味赤身油份比較高肉質較爽口亦都係點wasabi 就夠了炸白蝦香脆可口壽司青鯛味道比較清經火炙過既姬鯛,魚味更香又濃郁系撚鯛,我地香港人講既紅衫魚肉質比較結實彈牙,味道鮮甜海膽赤蝦SUSHI面上仲有海葡萄一個SUSHI,有3個口感海膽好鮮甜,超好食大拖羅入口好香魚油味,而好重魚油入口即溶煙肉串茄平時係出面好小食因為覺得
