To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為離屋企近，WFH懶嘅時候都會提前好多app落單自取，每次遲左到D姐姐都會加一句：D飯凍曬啦，下次早D落來呀！有次lunch高峰時段，佢地個油雞肉燥飯唔記得左放油雞，個food station個個都超緊張，keep me prioritised，同我keep住講對唔住。又一輪擔心個飯凍左，又配多杯飲品，同埋有無餐具，搞到我突然間受寵若驚。快餐店經營，速度要求快，出錯都係難免的，但無微不至地照顧每一個客人，我相信間店一定有個超有heart的經理。
