To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說因爲約咗朋友係apm 睇戲,所以就係果度食埋晚餐。其實我本身就極少出apm嘅,但出親d朋友又就我嘅話,我都會嚟一杯食。咁我walk-in 攞飛等咗半小時就入得,咁今次就坐吧枱。嚟得呢間食,當然食佢哋出名嘅關西燒同串燒啦,而食得串燒我就當然會叫杯酒飲啦!我哋第一時間叫咗荔枝梳打(有酒嗰隻)同巨峰乳酸梳打(有酒果隻)!之後就叫咗花枝豚肉關西燒同一d美味嘅串燒!之後酒員仲介紹我哋食炸紫蘇葉包蟹肉嘅小食配酒!味道又真係唔錯最後埋單又唔貴,而且店員都好有禮貌!
